Abuse at Medway

Last month, Medway Secure Training Centre hit the headlines. Stories of abuse on an unprecedented scale were exposed by the BBC Panorama investigation. Which Ministers visited Medway training centre, and on which dates? asked Andrew Slaughter last week.

Andrew Selous said the Centre was visited three times. By himself on 18 September 2014 and by the previous prisons Minister, Jeremy Wright, on 5 November 2012. The former Secretary of State for Justice, Chris Grayling also visited on 20 November 2012.
